1. Description of Service
AI Remote provides remote control functionality for various TV brands (including but not limited to LG, Samsung, Roku) and AI-powered content recommendations.
2. Intellectual Property & Disclaimers
- Trademarks: "LG", "Samsung", "Roku", "Netflix", "Apple TV", and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. AI Remote is an independent application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any of these companies.
- Content: Movie posters and metadata are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB).
- Accuracy: AI recommendations are generated by algorithms. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the content recommended.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
AI Remote offers "Pro" access via auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly) and a Lifetime purchase option.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal Cost: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original subscription price.
- Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
- No Refunds: Unused portions of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription. All refund requests are handled directly by Apple.
4. Deep Linking
The App may provide links (Deep Links) to third-party streaming apps (e.g., Netflix, Disney+). We are not responsible for the availability of these apps on your device or the content they host.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS IS". The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to connectivity issues with your TV or battery drain.
