These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CatPomodor mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

CatPomodor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or modify the app
• Reverse engineer the app
• Redistribute or resell the app

2. App Purpose

CatPomodor is a productivity and focus timer designed to help users manage time using the Pomodoro technique.

The App is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific productivity results.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases.

All payments are:

• Processed by Apple
• Non-refundable (except as required by Apple policies)

Subscription terms (if applicable):

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
